1 Timothy 4:12 (HCSB)
“Let no one despise your youth; instead you should be an example to believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.”
Paul’s letter to Timothy reminds him that his age is no excuse not to live a godly life. The transition from teenager to adult can be a rocky one, especially for those with a history of emotional trauma. Whether the issue is emotional neglect, abuse or other difficulties, it can be hard to feel undespised and unashamed.
For so long, life was outside of your control. How do you go from others directing your life to leading your own? And as Christians, how do you free yourself from the emotional roller coaster and become a godly example to others?
In this 8 week coaching course, we’ll address all of these questions and more. You’ll get tools and resources to overcome shame, doubt, low self-esteem and codependency.
