Wonderful You – Level I
The beginning of getting unstuck, the most essential skill is building your emotional health is self-knowledge and self-compassion. This level includes 45 minute tele-sessions, recorded calls, customized coaching exercises and a monthly summary of progress.
Warrior You – Level II
Once you began building the foundation for emotional strength, you want to be able to maintain it. The game changer is your individualized resource book. Your book includes the exercises used in coaching, inspiration, tips and resources, specifically tailored to what was covered in your life coaching sessions. Level II also gives you additional support hours.
Wholly You – Level III
The ability to live without fear relies on accepting and loving who you are. Personality profiling is one of the most powerful tools for insight and growth. The Meyers-Briggs and Dressing Your Truth personality systems are used with life coaching exercises and tools so you can confidently embrace who you are. You’ll still receive the individualized resource book and the highest level of support between sessions.
Wise You – Maintenance
If you are a previous life coaching client or don’t need to meet every week, the maintenance level lets you schedule your sessions as needed over a 3 month period. This is perfect if you just need a little extra accountability and support.
